Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sensitive nature of our products. If there is something wrong with your product we will replace/refund on a case- by-case basis. Our processing usually 5 business day OR FASTER. We will cancel your order with a 25% fee. We ship with USPS and UPS. All items are tracked and insured for our protection. The time it takes to receive a package depends on the method you choose. Free shipping is shipped using the lowest cost available.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
